These terms apply whenever you use this website or submit an order to Pardis Food, and by using the site, you're agreeing to them.

Who we sell to

Pardis Food is a wholesale importer and distributor. We supply small grocers and larger retailers, not individual consumers, and our pricing and quantities are set with that in mind.

Orders are requests, not guaranteed sales

Adding items to your cart and submitting an order through this site sends us a request — it isn't a confirmed sale, and it doesn't reserve stock. We review every order against current inventory, pricing, and delivery capacity before accepting it.

• Availability isn't guaranteed. Items can sell out or be discontinued between when a page is viewed and when an order is reviewed.
• Any pricing shown or discussed before confirmation is indicative and subject to change; we'll confirm final pricing with you before fulfilling any order.
• We may adjust quantities, substitute items, split an order, or decline all or part of one at our discretion — for example, if stock, minimum quantities, or delivery logistics just don't work out.
• We'll contact you using the details you've provided to confirm what we can fulfil before anything ships.

An order is only confirmed once we've communicated that confirmation to you directly.

Delivery

Delivery timelines we give you are estimates. They can be affected by supplier availability, transportation, and other factors outside our control, and aren't a guaranteed delivery date unless we've confirmed one in writing.

Product information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, packaging, and imagery accurate and up to date, but packaging, sizing, and formulations from our suppliers can change without notice. Please always check the physical product on delivery for allergen and ingredient information relevant to your business.

Website use

You agree to give us accurate information when submitting an order or contacting us, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

That includes the email verification step on our order form — please don't try to use it to send codes to an address that isn't yours. See our Privacy Policy for how we limit and handle information collected to prevent that kind of misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pardis Food isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, from an order that's delayed, adjusted, or declined, or from availability or delivery estimates that turn out to be inaccurate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as this page is updated, and the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
